Natalie has been practicing as a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist for the past five years and Personal Trainer for twelve years.
Attending George Brown College for an Advanced Diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management in 2011 this started her career where she also certified with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists for Personal Training. Natalie’s training moved towards Yoga and Olympic lifting where she discovered more about mobility and proper joint movement.

Having received his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto with dual majors in Biology and Neuroscience, Dr. Ventresca embarked on his chiropractic career in California at the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.
In one of the most challenging chiropractic programs in North America, Dr. Ventresca graduated Summa Cum Laude, placing in the top 6 of his graduating class. He was also the recipient of the Honorary Scholastic Society’s Healing Arts Award. Dr. Ventresca provides gentle, effective care and has been trained in a variety of techniques including Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, Activator and myofascial release. Treatment is unique and individualized to fit each patient’s needs. Dr. Ventresca is also certified to prescribe and cast orthotics which can be done in his office.
